Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing to offer stage
• Build strong partnerships with business areas and candidates
• Work with the sourcing team to drive recruitment strategies
• Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology for candidate shortlisting
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions
• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and drive improvements

Requirements

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role
• Prior experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Engineering, and Corporate Functions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organization skills
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
