Client Engagement Associate – Rewards Data (Graduate | 6‑month FTC)

Responsibilities

• Engage with client HR and Total Rewards teams to collect compensation and benefits data
• Support outreach campaigns for data collection
• Track participation progress and follow up with clients
• Support initiatives to increase data density in market segments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priority accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in HR data
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
