Responsibilities

• Produce insightful company, industry, and functional analysis of the Canadian market
• Assist in the creation of content for qualifications packs for new business development initiatives
• Develop a solid understanding of potential clients and their industries
• Synthesize information into readable, client-ready documents
• Maintain and update pitch content/materials
• Support the Toronto Executive Search team with research and content production

Requirements

• Approximately 2-4 years’ experience in professional services and/or executive search
• Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree a plus
• Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
