Responsibilities

  • Scope positions with clients and gather essential information
  • Write, edit, and proofread position descriptions
  • Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and communication
  • Evaluate potential candidates and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Present candidate pools to clients and manage the flow of candidate information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-6 years of progressively responsible professional experience
  • Ability to build rapport with people at all levels of an organization
  • Strong judgment and knowledge in evaluating candidates
  • Excellent time management skills
