Responsibilities
- Scope positions with clients and gather essential information
- Write, edit, and proofread position descriptions
- Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and communication
- Evaluate potential candidates and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Present candidate pools to clients and manage the flow of candidate information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-6 years of progressively responsible professional experience
- Ability to build rapport with people at all levels of an organization
- Strong judgment and knowledge in evaluating candidates
- Excellent time management skills
