Senior Recruitment Lead (8-month FTC), Melbourne

About the Company

Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm that helps clients design their organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities. They provide talent acquisition services and are currently partnering with Australian Naval Infrastructure for a significant recruitment project.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for priority and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with senior leaders to align hiring with program delivery
• Headhunt and proactively map civil infrastructure talent
• Deliver strong candidate engagement, including face-to-face where possible
• Provide clear, commercial market insights
• Ensure all hiring meets governance and security requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in civil infrastructure recruitment
• Experience across major civil infrastructure sectors (roads, rail, bridges, tunnels, ports, aviation, water, utilities, or energy)
• Strong track record hiring for engineering, project delivery, commercial, and site-based roles
• Australian citizenship (required for clearance)

This is an 8-month fixed-term contract position, with the option to work part-time or full-time.
