Responsibilities
- Assist companies in transformation or key development moments across various sectors
- Conduct rewards audits and design strategy and programs for all employees and specific areas of executive pay and governance
- Lead or support client projects in the rewards area
- Create and develop presentations to visualize results and solutions
- Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex projects
Requirements
- Relevant Higher Degree (Degree or Masters) in HR, Business Admin, Business Engineering, Law, Mathematics or similar
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or industry in the area of Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, HR
- Knowledge of the design of reward systems and Performance Management
- Excellent language skills in French and English
