Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in professional services or consulting
• Relevant bachelor's degree; higher degree preferred in IO Psychology/OD
• Established credentials in major discipline
• Ability to lead core service line work activities
• Knowledge of talent management and leadership development trends
