About this role
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
3 years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in semiconductor/VLSI hiring.
Strong understanding of semiconductor engineering roles, tools, and skillsets (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Verilog, SystemVerilog).
Proven ability to close niche, senior, and urgent positions in competitive markets.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience with ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience hiring for global semiconductor clients or large design centers.
Knowledge of fab operations, packaging/testing roles, or semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong networking with VLSI engineering communities and universities.
