Responsibilities

• Engage with search teams in a project manager capacity to ensure a seamless process
• Build relationships with clients and candidates throughout the search process
• Collaborate with peers to improve office processes and enhance service delivery
• Create client-facing presentations and reports
• Assist Research Associates in organizational research and competitive benchmarking
• Manage complex calendaring, travel, and documentation for search engagements

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in a service-based business, preferably within a search firm or consulting environment
• Open to recent college graduates
