Responsibilities
- Source candidates that match client profiles through multi-channel strategies
- Build talent pools for current and future engagements
- Provide timely and professional client management
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and report strategies
- Conduct meetings with clients to optimize the recruitment process
- Implement recruitment according to agreed processes
- Build relationships with candidates
- Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions
- Drive direct sourcing efforts
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting within the engineering field
- Client management experience throughout the recruitment process
- Proficiency in ATS operations
- Experience managing complex recruitment situations
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
