Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates
• Utilize current candidate network, internal database, job boards, and social media for sourcing
• Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
• Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments
• Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience
• Strong ability to review and understand IT requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
• Ability to collaborate across the organization
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems/candidate databases
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
