Responsibilities
- Review individual and team performance on the assigned account and provide recommendations for service improvement
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and individual performance metrics
- Enhance overall reporting process and streamline recruitment efficiency
- Conduct ongoing quality review checks as per the SLA
- Provide client and management with ongoing performance updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in monitoring and providing feedback in a customer-focused environment
- Experience and familiarity with recruitment and delivery metrics, ideally within an RPO environment
- High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
