Responsibilities

• Support internal Talent Acquisition Teams to deliver recruitment services to RPO clients
• Build a channel management strategy for online and offline channels
• Understand brand position and market across relevant channels
• Develop and implement a content strategy and publishing schedule
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate across resources
• Use data analytics to measure campaign ROI and justify decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment marketing experience
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment marketing and social media channels
• Ability to implement a content editorial calendar
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience with creative design tools such as Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop
