Responsibilities
- Support internal Talent Acquisition Teams to deliver recruitment services to RPO clients
- Build a channel management strategy for online and offline channels
- Understand brand position and market across relevant channels
- Develop and implement a content strategy and publishing schedule
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate across resources
- Use data analytics to measure campaign ROI and justify decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruitment marketing experience
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment marketing and social media channels
- Ability to implement a content editorial calendar
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with creative design tools such as Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop
