Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule candidate interviews including travel arrangements
- Ensure all interviews are confirmed and feedback is received
- Document, track, and maintain records in the applicant tracking system
- Develop tools and solutions for client requests
- Provide customer service via telephone and email
- Manage and send HR/recruiting-related correspondence
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience
- Ability to go onsite twice per week
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools
- 2+ years of organizing and managing workload with attention to detail
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
