Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections and recruitment processes
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
• Update and maintain reports related to the recruiting process

Requirements

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including senior hiring managers and Human Resources
• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and articulate RPO and client relationships
• Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in changing priorities
