• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for full-time direct-hire administrative roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio and conduct needs assessments.
• Own account management, including managing job requisitions and delivering candidate shortlists.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development goals.
