Recruiting Manager, Locums

Compensation

The pay scale for this position is anticipated to be $48.08 to $60.09 per hour, equating to $100,000 to $125,000 annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs and assist with issues
• Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed metrics
• Utilize reporting to guide decision-making in meetings
• Foster a positive work environment and address team concerns
• Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining a recruitment desk
• Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in team and client interactions
• Utilize strategic thinking to solve challenges and drive improvements
• Set and track goals with the team to ensure alignment with company objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years in Locum Tenens staffing
• Direct experience managing a recruitment team in Locum Tenens
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
