Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
  • Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence in the legal community

Requirements

  • Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in industry and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
