Recruiter (Entry Level)

Working Hours – 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Cab & Meals – Cab facility & one-time meal facility will be provided Roles and Responsibilities Working on direct IT/ Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma client requirements on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites. We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity. Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model. Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model. All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment. Candidate’s Profile Minimum 6 months - 2 years of Experience in US Staffing. Good understanding of IT Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma terminology and US staffing industry. Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with 2 years of relevant experience. Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment. Should have strong personal and professional ethics. Should have hands on experience on working with direct clients.
