Compensation

Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent using various tools
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through outreach and networking
• Develop meaningful relationships with candidates
• Partner with Business Development Managers to align candidates with client needs
• Negotiate compensation and close placements
• Maintain accurate candidate records for tracking and reporting
• Represent Addison Group at networking events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in the staffing or recruiting industry preferred
