• Lead large, complex, multi-workstream engagements with accountability for outcomes and quality
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Own engagement financials, including forecasting and margin management
• Matrix-lead and coordinate diverse high-performing delivery teams
• Contribute to the development of delivery best practices and engagement management capability

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex consulting engagements
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience owning engagement financials and commercial outcomes
• Strong understanding of programme and project management disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
