Responsibilities

• Maintain above-average performance metrics
• Provide business generation leadership and direction to direct reports
• Participate in the recruitment of new hires
• Drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance
• Manage time effectively and meet productivity standards
• Attract, source, train, develop, and retain staff
• Lead customer retention and expansion strategy

Requirements

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience
• Proven performance in a talent manager/director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
