Compensation

Base salary between €2,750 and €3,200 per month, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit logistics and production candidates for major clients like PostNL and Albert Heijn Online
• Develop and implement recruitment plans, including social media posts and job fairs
• Conduct daily interviews with candidates
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs
• Visit clients monthly to assess work environments and atmospheres
• Write engaging job descriptions to attract candidates

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Possession of a driver's license B and own transportation
• Residence in the Eindhoven region
