Responsibilities

• Drive client identification, development, and engagement activities for Interim Solutions in the healthcare market
• Build and manage productive client relationships
• Identify client needs and partner with Talent Delivery to deliver solutions
• Develop and execute market and account plans
• Manage mid-size to large accounts and expand existing client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master's preferred
• 10+ years in consulting and/or interim talent acquisition
• Experience related to Healthcare, Academic Medicine, and Higher Education
• Proven business development success
• Strong executive presence and client service orientation

Skills & Tools

Benefits

• Base salary of $175,000 to $190,000
• Eligible for the Interim Bonus Plan
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability insurances, and generous paid time off
