Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit travel nurses, home health nurses, and allied healthcare professionals
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate clinical experience and credentials
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and closing placements
  • Match clinicians with open assignments based on specialty and client needs
  • Guide candidates through onboarding and compliance requirements
  • Partner with Credentialing, Sales, and Operations teams to meet staffing needs
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinicians
  • Maintain accurate ATS/CRM documentation
  • Achieve or exceed recruiting KPIs and placement goals
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clinicians and client partners

Requirements

  • 2 - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a healthcare staffing agency
  • Demonstrated success in placing travel nurses, home health clinicians, or contract healthcare professionals
  • Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, licensing requirements, and compliance processes
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred (or equivalent staffing experience)
