Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of accountability for business-aligned vacancies within the client’s Front Office business divisions
• Provide strategic partnership with HR Advisors and key stakeholders
• Attend intake meetings to discuss new vacancies and agree on resourcing strategy
• Telephone screen candidates to assess competencies, skills, and experience
• Engage with Hiring Managers and Direct Recruiters for feedback
• Manage the offer process in partnership with the Direct Recruiter
• Deliver diverse shortlists and confirm diverse interview panels
• Support recruitment events and campaign work
• Manage all requisitions in the client’s CRM
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets

Requirements

• Demonstrable direct recruitment experience with multinational businesses
• Experience working at Recruitment Partner level in the Banking Front Office
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
• Proven stakeholder engagement experience
