Atrium is a recruitment agency specializing in staffing solutions across various sectors, including finance and accounting. They have a strong client base and are focused on growth within their Finance and Accounting Division.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks
• Follow up on sales leads and manage existing accounts
• Develop client relationships and conduct onsite visits
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience, preferably in Agency Staffing
• Proven history of achieving sales quota
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Business
