Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches
• Develop search strategies and position specifications
• Conduct candidate outreach and interviews
• Manage client relationships and present status reports
• Mentor junior search professionals

Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience or 5+ years of transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in Executive Search preferred
• Ability to manage a search end to end with minimal supervision
