Responsibilities

• Analyze and support compensation data for client companies
• Assist in the design and improvement of HR systems
• Participate in consulting projects related to compensation and evaluation systems
• Support the introduction and utilization of new products and services

Requirements

• Native level Japanese fluency
• Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or higher)
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience in HR or organizational consulting
