Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of business development content and insights
• Assist in creating tailored pitch decks and client-facing materials
• Conduct research and analysis to support talent insights and market trends
• Manage the practice’s knowledge infrastructure and content libraries
• Monitor and track relevant market developments within the Industrial sector

Requirements

• Recent college graduate or 1-3 years of work experience in a corporate environment
• Experience in research or marketing function, ideally within executive search or management consulting
• Strong client servicing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
