Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close new business
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and healthcare systems
• Drive all aspects of the consultative sales process including prospecting and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with the delivery team to align candidate submissions with client needs
• Stay informed of market trends and proactively identify opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3–5 years of new business development experience in Healthcare IT staffing or consulting services
• Strong understanding of Epic modules and the full EMR/EHR lifecycle
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets
