Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development efforts by identifying, targeting, and closing opportunities within the energy and engineering sectors
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Drive all aspects of the consultative sales process including prospecting and client presentations
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to align candidate submissions with client needs
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Work cross-functionally with other sales teams to expand service offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2–5+ years of new business development experience in energy, engineering, or manufacturing staffing
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
