Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Promote Airswift's services and build business relationships
  • Meet sales targets and monitor sales performance
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Manager
  • Manage tender responses and submissions
  • Liaise with satellite offices for business development

Requirements

  • Energy or STEM industry experience
  • Experience of working within recruitment
  • Working knowledge of international business
  • Ability to negotiate and build customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new and existing business
  • Comfortable working with financial information
