Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Pursue new business opportunities with prospects and existing clients
- Schedule and conduct consultative meetings with hiring managers
- Develop pricing proposals and drive profitable margins
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Generate sales leads through cold and warm calls
- Collaborate with Divisional Leaders and Recruiters to uncover opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of new business development experience
- Proven history of generating new business leads
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
