Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Pursue new business opportunities with prospects and existing clients
  • Schedule and conduct consultative meetings with hiring managers
  • Develop pricing proposals and drive profitable margins
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients
  • Generate sales leads through cold and warm calls
  • Collaborate with Divisional Leaders and Recruiters to uncover opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of new business development experience
  • Proven history of generating new business leads
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
