Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Long-Term Incentives (Equity Participation)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national growth strategy for Power Construction recruitment across the U.S.
• Lead senior-level client relationships with key accounts nationwide
• Hire, train, and develop future billers and people leaders
• Partner closely with senior leadership in Boston and across LVI globally

Requirements

• Proven track record as a top-performing recruiter or recruitment leader in construction, power, energy, or infrastructure markets
• Experience billing and managing accounts
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling teams
