Responsibilities
- Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing search strategies
- Gather information on industries and target companies
- Represent clients effectively and present qualified candidates
- Communicate effectively with the search team and provide progress reports
- Develop expertise in a defined industry or candidate pool
Requirements
- University Graduate, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or executive search environment
- Domain or subject matter expertise in an industry or functional area
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
