Responsibilities
- Provide telephone, email, chat, and web-based support
- Deliver advice and guidance to clients to resolve questions and issues
- Improve customer satisfaction through excellent support
- Write technical or functional information for the FAQ knowledge base
- Identify and document product issues and enhancements
- Work cross-functionally with other Korn Ferry groups
- Participate in hiring, training, and retaining team members
Requirements
- Associates or BA degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year’s professional experience in a corporate setting
- Business Support/Customer Service experience for web-based applications
- Phone support experience
- Experience using a customer case tracking system
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
