Responsibilities

• Delivery of leadership assessments and 360 surveys for clients
• End-to-end project management including stakeholder management and execution
• Gathering project requirements and setting up assessments
• Creating and maintaining documentation including user manuals and dashboards
• Conducting analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks
• Coaching and mentoring interns and junior analysts
• Direct communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience
• Graduates/Post Graduates in Computer Science/IT/Statistics preferred
• Strong domain knowledge in Primary/Secondary Research and survey methodology
• Experience in Quality assurance/audits/Project Management/Operations

Willingness to work in shifts is required. The role involves extensive interaction with internal and external clients.
