Compensation
The pay scale for this position starts at $36.06 per hour, equating to approximately $75,000 annually, plus commissions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new accounts for Locum Tenens services
- Proactively generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships
- Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
- Submit appropriate candidates for Locum Tenens assignments
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
- Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales position
- Direct relevant experience in Locum Tenens staffing preferred
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
