Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment for blue-collar roles in manufacturing and logistics
- Conduct selection interviews in English and Dutch
- Utilize digital screening tools for recruitment processes
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture
Requirements
- Completed MBO 4 or HBO education
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Availability for 32, 36, or 40 hours per week
- Flexibility to travel for client visits
