Compensation

Pay Rate $23.00 - $28.50 Hourly, dependent on experience, training, education, and location, with potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations with clients regarding accounts and outcomes
• Guide and consult clients on standard methodologies
• Communicate efficiently with the Recruiting Team for updates on candidate status
• Lead the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters
• Report weekly activity to clients
• Own responsibility for account success

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience in Healthcare staffing or consultative sales
• Experience in healthcare or staffing account management
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Experience in sales or account management
