Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for assigned workstreams
- Lead client conversations to uncover business needs and objectives
- Manage client feedback and revisions, translating input into clear direction for internal teams
- Set and manage expectations on timing, deliverables, dependencies, and approvals
- Partner with Creative, Motion, Design, Copy, Project Management, and Operations to deliver high-quality work
Requirements
- 5 - 8+ years of account management experience in a creative agency or in-house agency environment
- Experience managing multi-channel creative development
- Familiarity with creative workflows and production processes
- Ability to read performance or business insights
