Account Executive, Business Development/Client Services (Finance & Accounting Staffing)

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, skills marketing, and in-person meetings
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and manage a book of business
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting staffing augmentation preferred
• Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting is a plus

Additional Information

The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office. Compensation depends on various factors including skill sets and experience.
