Responsibilities

  • Attract, guide, and position experienced professionals for secondment with clients
  • Build sustainable relationships with candidates and understand their ambitions
  • Lead the full recruitment and secondment process from sourcing to placement
  • Conduct intake interviews and deep interviews to qualify candidates
  • Maintain and expand the network of professionals
  • Support candidates throughout the selection process
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases and developing job descriptions

Requirements

  • HBO/WO work and thinking level
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in staffing
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Entrepreneurial drive and competitive mindset
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
