Responsibilities
- Actively search, approach, and screen candidates online, by phone, and in person
- Create new business opportunities and clients to generate assignments
- Maintain and expand client portfolio and interim candidate network
- Identify and qualify suitable candidates through intake interviews and in-depth discussions
- Advise clients and candidates throughout the interview process, including fee negotiations
Requirements
- HBO/WO work and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within recruitment
