Compensation

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.

Responsibilities

  • Build visibility across Hawai‘i’s healthcare community and become a trusted partner to leaders in hospitals, clinics, and health systems.
  • Drive new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Act as a workforce consultant to help clients identify staffing gaps and plan long-term solutions.
  • Engage in local market presence through associations and community events.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Manage account health, including receivables and forecasting.
  • Stay connected to previously placed providers and clients.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, or service-based consultative sales
  • Experience working with diverse communities or multi-site territories
  • Strong relationship-building skills
