Compensation

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.

Responsibilities

  • Build visibility across Hawai‘i’s healthcare community and become a trusted partner to leaders across hospitals, clinics, and health systems.
  • Drive new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and understanding the talent needs of each island community.
  • Act as a workforce consultant, helping clients identify gaps and plan long-term staffing solutions.
  • Engage in local market presence through associations, business groups, community events, and healthcare partnerships.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, both remote and face-to-face.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements that balance client needs with AMN’s premium service offerings.
  • Manage account health, including receivables, forecasting, and utilization growth.
  • Stay connected to previously placed providers and clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
  • Healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, or service-based consultative sales experience
  • Experience working with diverse communities or multi-site territories
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for supporting local healthcare
