Responsibilities

• Audit, edit, and process assigned accounts within billing cycle deadlines
• Communicate directly with internal and external customers to resolve billing issues
• Research and resolve in-depth billing and business process issues
• Identify and recommend process improvements to management
• Support special projects and collaborate cross-functionally with teams

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, billing, accounts receivable, payroll, or a related field
• High-volume, high-dollar billing/collections experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and manage multiple projects
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable, payroll, billing, and SSPA or VMS systems preferred
