Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team, providing guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies
• Develop and manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
• Create and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Develop and deliver training programs for the recruitment team
• Manage requisitions, source and screen for administrative roles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a specialist-level professional role
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI)
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring recruiters
