Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships with client campus teams to define and execute partner school engagement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to plan and optimize participation in major conferences and events.
• Develop a strong pipeline for entry-level positions and internships.
• Build relationships with students to promote the client as an employer of choice.
• Organize and maximize quality for career fairs, networking events, and interviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of university recruitment experience
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• Strong executive presence
• Excellent presentation skills
